Auto-extension

Payment terms:Prepayment in the amount of 50% of the total value of the Goods within 5 (five) business days from the date of receipt of the invoice from the Supplier. Final settlement upon delivery of the goods within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of signing of the Consignment Note by the Parties, in accordance with the terms of the contract
Delivery terms:The product must meet the stated characteristics. Delivery of Goods is carried out by transport and at the expense of the Supplier, to the Buyer's warehouse. Acceptance of Goods by quantity, quality and assortment is made by the Buyer at the Buyer's warehouse, the Buyer is obliged to check the conformity of the Goods with the transport and accompanying documents, as well as accept the Goods by quantity from the carrier in compliance with regulatory legal acts. The quality of the delivered Goods must comply with the requirements of the current GOST standards provided for the delivered Goods.
