3. The desired delivery time of the equipment is until the end of November 2022. (it is mandatory to specify the date of delivery of the Goods to the TAP).
4. This request for proposals is not a tender or a public tender in the understanding of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions up to the moment of signing the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer that exceed those listed in the terms of the competition.
