Продукция должна соответствовать ГОСТу. Цены за продукцию должны быть указаны в руб. за 1 единицу измерения с НДС, включая транспортные расходы, сборку, страхование, уплату всех необходимых пошлин и других обязательных платежей в случае их необходимости.
Решение о выборе поставщика по результатам запроса предложений - принимается Тендерным комитетом ОАО "Пивкомбинат "Балаковский" и сообщается в соответствии с регламентом ЭТП B2B-center.
- Выбранный поставщик для заключения договора предоставляет в адрес ОАО "Пивкомбинат "Балаковский" документы по списку в Приложении №3.
- Тендерный Комитет ОАО "Пивкомбинат "Балаковский" оставляет за собой право не признать победителем ни одного из участников.
