Payment terms:Payment of products is carried out in a non-cash manner by transferring funds to the supplier's current account. Payment currency - RUB. Preferred payment terms: the buyer makes payments against the payment of products (batch of products) not later than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of products based on the results of acceptance, at provided by the Supplier of original documents confirming the quality of products (batch of products), product invoices and invoices corresponding to the acceptance results issued in in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.$

Please note that your offer (offer) must necessarily contain the following material conditions:
• product name with reference to regulatory and technical documentation (GOST, TU)
• the number of products offered for delivery in the units of measurement corresponding to the subject of purchase;
• price of products per unit of measurement; basis of delivery (place of delivery, method of transportation, information on expenses included in the price of goods, moment of transfer of ownership);
• delivery period and delivery time
• terms and conditions of payment of products

In the event that a different order of delivery is assumed, the commercial offer (offer) must necessarily include an appropriate comment.

The period of validity of the offer (offer) shall be at least 60 calendar days from the date of its submission.

Simultaneously with the submission of the proposal, the application of the technical description is required.
Supplied products shall be free from any liens and encumbrances, shall be manufactured by the supplier or by dealership or similar contracts.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT - loading the price offer with the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT - catalog or image of products

The organization, recognized as the winner of the procedure, must conclude the contract of delivery with LLC "Boshnyakovsky Coal Cut" in the version of the customer (Appendix No. 2)

The Member of the Request for Proposals shall agree to the terms and wording of the draft Agreement when submitting the Application. A protocol of disagreements to the draft Treaty is allowed.

Please note that this request is not a notice of the contest or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 p.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 ch.2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil liabilities, and reserves the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the Participants.
