Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Mandatory conditions for KA:
1. Payment terms - delay of 60 calendar days
2. Guarantee - according to the standard contract specified in the TOR
3. Confirmation of compliance with technical specifications (completed templates Appendix 2.1)
4. The possibility of providing irrevocable test samples to the Krasnodar Group of Companies (at the request of the Buyer) free of charge.
5. Availability of a valid contract with JSC Thunder
6. The CA's consent to sign the standard form of the contract (in the attachment)
7. The cost of delivery to the RC should be included in the price of the goods.
8. The price of the model, regardless of the size and type of logo, should be the same (the same).
9. The presence of SHK on the package and on the unit of goods.
10. The ability to store up to the time of sampling the entire volume in your warehouse.
11. The price fixing period is until 31.01.2023
12. The validity period of the CP is up to 30.09.2022

The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated participants from the competition.
