Other requirements and explanations :
Specify the cost for 1 ROLL in rubles without VAT with two decimal places , taking into account delivery to the RC . Mandatory provision of samples (4-5 rolls) for the test in the absence of up-to-date testing certificates from JSC Thunder. Samples should be sent to Krasnodar, 15/5 Solnechnaya Str. in the name of Pastukhov E.A. Need until the end of 2022. Orders are placed monthly with delivery to the RC according to the actual need. RC addresses in an additional file. Deferred payment of 60 K.D. Thunder reserves the right to reduce or increase by 30% the purchased amount of thermolene by notifying the supplier in advance.

Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated participants from the competition.
