We invite you to take part in the request for proposals for the services "Call for Bidding of shopping malls as part of ongoing repairs and maintenance of DS X5 GROUP"
The ongoing request for proposals procedure is not a Tender (Competitive bidding process form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The request for proposals will be conducted in accordance with the Bid form-specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 3).
The venue of the procedure is the electronic Competitive bidding Process system b2b-center.ru
Participation in this offer collection procedure is free of charge.
The request for proposals procedure will be carried out until December 08, 2023, 18-00 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of the main time in accordance with the extension regulations (see clause 3).
A prerequisite for participation in the request for proposals is the attachment on the electronic platform of the final commercial offer following the completion of the procedure, indicating: currency of the competitive bidding process excluding VAT.
To participate in the procedure, the Bidder must fill out and attach the following documents by uploading them to the B2B E-Marketplaces:
• Appendix No. 1 – Commercial Proposal form in Excel and PDF electronic format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
• Appendix No. 2 – Contractual Counterparty card in electronic Excel format
• Appendix No. 4 – Compliance questionnaire in electronic format Excel and PDF (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
• Appendix No. 6 – Consent to participation in PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
• Appendix No. 9 – Letter of Guarantee in PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
• Billing agent - in electronic format Excel and PDF (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
The organizers of the offer collection procedure reserve the right to rebidding.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
