Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:It is desirable to postpone payment by agreement of 2-14 calendar days, we are considering other payment terms.
Delivery terms:Two options:
1. collection of 20 tons of cargo in one region and delivery to about 2-6 points in another region (you can use a truck).
2. The presence of RC in one or all regions: Voronezh, Kursk, Belgorod, Tambov region. We bring 20-27 (720-1000 kg) pallets to the RC, the counterparty delivers to the points (approximately 2-15) in the regional center and the region.
An example for submitting a price is specified in the Requirements Specification.
