I ask you to provide the Technical And Commercial Proposal containing all the essential conditions necessary for the transaction, namely:
1. Payment terms (recommended postponement of 30 p. days).
2. Readiness to start work from the moment of receipt of a letter of guarantee for payment on the terms specified in the Technical And Commercial Proposal.
3. Term of work, (p. days).
4. Willingness to sign a contract in the form of PJSC "TOAZ".
5. In case of need for an advance payment in the amount of 5,000,000 rubles or more, willingness to provide a guarantee in one of the banks included in the Top 15 of the Russian Federation.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
