Payment terms:
Payment upon delivery. Payment upon delivery. The price of the goods is set out per unit of production, including delivery, including VAT. Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The date of delivery of the goods is the date when the parties signed the consignment note at the Buyer's warehouse. If it does not coincide with our requirements for payment terms, you must indicate your terms in the comments

Delivery of goods takes place according to the agreed delivery schedule. The commercial proposal must comply with the terms of reference and contain the following information:
1. Supplier status - manufacturer or official distributor, license and licensed warehouse.
2. Delivery time (working or calendar days, according to the schedule).
3. Warranty period / shelf life.
4. Cost with VAT per lot unit (must be indicated in Russian rubles).
5. Terms of payment (deferred payment of at least 90 (ninety) days from the date of delivery);
6. Experience of work with GK Rusagro, on the market - years
7. Willingness to work under a standard contract - yes / no
8. The proposal must be signed by an authorized person.
The model contract is supported in the bidding documents.
