Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
Comments: In this tender, Miratorg APH will take into account the prices of participants without VAT! But the deliveries will be with actual VAT.
The price recorded as a result of the tender remains unchanged for the period from 01.04.22 to 31.03.23. The price must be provided in Russian rubles without VAT, without reference to exchange rates.
Bidders may not refuse to supply items for which they have submitted bids within the framework of a tender or raise the price after submitting an offer. In case of refusal of supply or attempt to increase prices, participants will be included in the "black list" of companies, cooperation will be terminated. The information is transmitted to the security service of Miratorg.

The shelf life of drugs supplied to the Miratorg APH must be at least 75% of the total shelf life (factory date) at the time of delivery to the Miratorg APH warehouse.
The following documents in Russian must be attached to the tender application:
- instruction
- quality certificate
- Declaration of Conformity for Veterinary Medicine
- Passport for a series of veterinary products that will be supplied within the framework of this tender.
- Confirmation of drug registration in Russia, Belarus or Kazakhstan.
Participants do not need to attach any commercial offers, price tables, protocols, statutory documents, catalogs, advertising brochures, etc. to the tender documents. They will not be considered.
Please specify all analogues in the "Analogue description" field. After the end of the first round of bidding, editing and entering information in the "Analogue Description" fields is prohibited. At the bidding stage, it is only allowed to reduce the price. All participants who violate this requirement will be excluded from the tender. Their applications will not be considered.
