Payment terms:

Comments: Trade Procedure Document Requirements:
When submitting an offer to the trading procedure, the bidder submits and attaches the following package of documents:
1) Proposal
2) a package of company documents to participate in the trade procedure;
3) quality documents (letters of distribution, certificates of conformity, declarations of conformity, quality passports, etc.)
Document Requirements:
1. The commercial proposal for the trade procedure shall be submitted according to the standard form attached to this trade procedure. The offer must be properly executed and supported by:
- presented on company letterhead;
- The tabular and text must be fully populated;
- signed by the authorized representative and the company and by seal;
- The offer must be valid for at least 3 months
- the scanned copy must be provided in *.pdf format, the information in the file must be readable.
In the event of failure to provide a bid or offer that violates the requirements described above, the trade organizer reserves the right to refuse from the subject's consideration of the proposal by a trade party.
2. The package of documents for the company to participate in the trade procedure is provided according to the list of documents attached to the tender documents.
The bidder shall provide a complete package of documents according to the attached list of documents.
Documents are provided in *.pdf format, each document in a separate file.
In case of failure to provide the full package of documents, the trade organizer reserves the right to refuse the subject's consideration of the offer.
3. Proposed items are provided in *.pdf format, each document in a separate file.
4. Counterparties are not allowed to cooperate if there is information on the CHARTER website ABOUT THE ABSENCE OF TAXPAYER CONSENT.
The tender documentation package for the trading procedure includes:
1. The typical form of a commercial offer.
2. List of documents to participate in the trade procedure.
3. Delivery schedule (subject to availability)
4. The model form of the trade organizer contract, including all annexes that form an integral part of it.
5. Typical Resource Confirmation Letter Form.
6. Technical Assignment (if any)
7. Sample filling in shipping documents.
This trading procedure is a one-step procedure and there will be no rejamings.
