Tender for Replacement of BATTERY in UPS Symmetra.
For participation in RFI organization it is necessary (for those who did not do it in the framework of previous purchasing actions of VK or at whom the requisites of the companies have changed):
1. Fill in the Appendix 1. Details of the participant by presenting in Excel format;
2. Fill in the Appendix 2. Form of the participant by providing in PDF format (scanned with signature);
3. Fill in Annex 3. Template for financial validation by providing in Excel format;
4. Carefully read the TOR file to replace the Acb_version 2. doc
Carefully Read the RFI file List of UPS APC for replacement of BATTERY. xlsx. This file contains The geography and types of BATTERY modules to be replaced. The Quantities will be indicated in the next step.
It is necessary to send a description of the technical solution for BATTERY replacement. This solution can be implemented either in the form of delivery of the APC modules themselves or in the form of replacement of BATTERIES in modules with the provision of a guarantee for the modernization.
In this case, it is necessary to attach official datasheets to all types of equipment used in the solution.
5. To Prepare separate files in PDF format (for participants who did not send earlier or for those who have undergone changes) the following documents:
- Extract from the EGRUL dated 2019;
- Current wording of the Charter with current changes;
- A power of Attorney or other document authorizing a person to sign documents on behalf of the Organization;
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
- Certificate of entry into the EGRUL;
- The balance sheet or other documents characterizing the financial and economic activities of the Organization please provide for closed periods of the current year, as well as a report at the end of previous periods (as much as 3 years).
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
• The participant must ensure that each scanned document is readable;
• Each scanned document must be saved to a separate file, and a document containing one page is saved to a separate file, and a document containing multiple pages and applications must also be grouped into a single file, for example: The Charter should be scanned not by separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white format);
• Each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.

The Package of documents should be sent to the e-mail address ishmakov@beeline.ru, no later than 21:00 hours (CET) on April 24, 2019. The Total size of the letter should not exceed 10 Mb (in case of need it is possible to send several letters).
