The minimum period of relevance of the Commercial Proposal is 1 month. Commercial Proposals with a shorter term of relevance are not considered in the tender.

The price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. When choosing the winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: compliance with the Requirements Specifications, delivery time / fulfillment, warranty, price, advance /postpaid, advance payment, business reputation and work experience, willingness to work under a standard contract, willingness to work on EDI.
