Comments:
1) Please note that participation in the procedure means acceptance of the buyer's contract form.
2) It is necessary to attach a commercial offer in the FORM of an attachment with the following conditions:
-SPECIFY THE COST of ITEMS with delivery
-specify the manufacturer of the products;
-availability, production time,
-delivery time to the supplier's warehouse;
- payment terms;
-attitude to the supplied goods (manufacturer, dealer, free seller)
-WARRANTY (specific period without reference to the manufacturer)
3) The products must be new, not used;
4) Certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming the quality must be attached to the products;
Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
