Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment terms by agreement of the parties. Preference is given to suppliers who have offered a deferred payment of at least 60 days.
Delivery terms:The delivery time is determined by agreement of the parties. The participant of the purchase must specify a specific delivery time of the goods from the moment of conclusion of the contract (10 days / 30 days, etc.). The possibility of delivery of the goods in the shortest possible time after the conclusion of the contract is the advantage of the supplier when choosing the winner of the purchase.

Delivery is carried out in batches at the request of the buyer. It is necessary to separate products for delivery to the addresses of several consignees (with the provision of different sets of documents for each of the consignees).

The delivery condition is pickup by the buyer from the supplier's warehouse.

The commercial offer must be valid for at least 45 calendar days after the completion of the procedure on the electronic trading platform. Entrance control.
