If the organization has a quality management system, it is necessary to submit the relevant documents as part of the application.
Product warranty is mandatory (the offer must specify the warranty period).
Positional purchase (selective delivery of individual lot items is allowed).

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 — 449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
