Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment shall be made by the Buyer upon receipt of a duly issued invoice in the Buyer's name from the Supplier. The Buyer shall pay 100% of the price of the Goods, shall be paid by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the Goods by the Buyer and the Parties sign the Transfer Act Goods or other document confirming the acceptance of the Goods

Please note that this request is not a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 — 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Therefore, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to withdraw all Proposals received for any Proposals received cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.

The bidder must attach a quotation signed by the person responsible and on the letterhead. Quality Passport and Certificate of Conformity for the goods. Official Dealer Agreement. The quotation submitted through the ETP functionality must match the price in the offer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
