Possibility of bid submission in a different currency

VAT) the Supplier/ Contractor shall provide a bank guarantee at a bank included in Top-10 according to a ranking by the Russian Central Bank. A letter from a bank confirming availability of a bank guarantee amounting to the advance payment shall be provided.
It is necessary to attach to the proposal copies of the documents specified in the list of procurement documentation.
