Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery is carried out strictly by warehouses and occurs as follows:
1. the goods delivered to the warehouse must be formed according to the shipping locations;
2. all boxes must be marked according to the delivery basis;
3. each product must be marked/ have an article;
4. documents in the amount of 3 copies must be attached to each shipment of goods, according to the basis of delivery;
5. in the case of shipment by one vehicle to several warehouses, mixing of shipping places is prohibited, i.e. in this case, the shipped goods must be boarded up and marked according to the basis of delivery.

Comments:
1. This competitive procedure for selecting a Supplier is directed in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer within the framework of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, which is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 and 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without explanation, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
2. The tender organizer reserves the right to choose several winners, dividing the supply of goods at its discretion and without explanation among several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.
3. The model contract is sent for signature to the Winner(s) determined during the meeting of the Tender Committee, which is held by the Organizer of the competitive procedure after the end of this procedure on the electronic trading platform B2B-center.
4. The Organizer sends a template of a model contract to interested potential suppliers upon additional request
5. The participant of this procedure sends a Commercial offer according to the standard form of the Organizer of the procedure.
6. An organization/documentation that does not comply with the requirements and forms specified in the notification, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation and recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant, does not comply with the requirements of this competitive procedure.
7. The budget has not been approved at the moment, the payment will take place in 2023.
Place of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on the ETP of the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru ). The proposals of the participants are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
