Possibility of bid submission in a different currency

-certificates of conformity with the blue seal of the counterparty,
- visa "Copy is correct" if the supplier is not the manufacturer,
- indication of the quantity actually shipped on the document confirming the quality.
Commercial proposals for the procurement documentation are mandatory.Replacement or analogues are not allowed.
