Payment terms:Payment for the Contractor's Services is made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account in the following terms:
- no later than 5 (Five) business days before the start of the provision of services for the 1st stage, the Customer shall make a payment (advance payment) in the amount of 50% (Fifty percent) of the cost of Services (clause 5.1 of this Agreement) based on the Contractor's invoice;
- within 5 (Five) working days from the date of signing the Act of Delivery and acceptance of the services provided (clauses 6.2, 6.3 of this Agreement) The Customer shall pay the remaining amount in the amount of 50% (Fifty percent) of the cost of Services (clause 5.1 of this Agreement) based on the Contractor's invoice.
