Comments:
The products offered for delivery must be in good condition. The delivery time of products in accordance with the delivery schedule, in the context of each delivery basis. It is allowed to adjust the delivery schedule in agreement with the customer in terms of the shipment deadlines ahead of time to form the transit rate of the batch of goods.
- The ongoing procedure for requesting proposals is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason and not to conclude a contract or terminate the procedure for requesting commercial offers at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.
- Replacement of the declared products with a similar one should not lead to deterioration of the technical and operational characteristics of the offered products.
- The offered products must be certified and must be supplied with all necessary documentation.
- The basis of delivery is the warehouse of the consignee.
- Transfer of ownership - the warehouse of the consignee.
