Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out in accordance with the delivery schedule (January-March). The product must be a new product (goods that were not in use, under repair, including which was not restored, from which the replacement of components was not carried out, were not restored consumer properties), of proper quality, without defects, have an acceptance certificate of quality control department, certificate of the Russian River Register form PP-8.1 with a QR code.

Comments:
Products proposed for delivery must be new, no later than 2019 of release, not burdened with pledges and other guarantees, not previously used. The delivery time of products in accordance with the delivery schedule, in the context of each delivery basis. It is possible to adjust the delivery schedule by agreement with the customer regarding the lead times of shipment to form the transit norm of the consignment.
- The procedure for requesting proposals is not a Tender (bidding form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The customer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason and not to conclude an agreement or terminate the request for commercial proposals at any time without incurring any responsibility to suppliers.
- Replacing the declared products with a similar one should not lead to a deterioration in the technical and operational characteristics of the proposed products.
- Offered products must be certified and must be delivered with all necessary documentation.
- The basis of delivery is the consignee’s warehouse.
- Transfer of ownership - warehouse of the consignee.
