The ongoing request for proposals is not a Tender (form of bidding) provided for by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations

Participation is free of charge.

A prerequisite for participation is the attachment of the final commercial proposal following the request for proposals, indicating: prices in rubles excluding VAT (20%)
To participate in the procedure, the participant must fill in and attach the following documents:
o the counterparty card (Appendix No. 4 of the documentation) in electronic Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) by uploading the documents to the ETP;
o agreement with the terms of reference and readiness to sign the standard form of the Customer's agreement in the form of an official letter on the Company's letterhead in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading the documents to the ETP;
o scanned license of EMERCOM of Russia for the installation, repair and maintenance of fire safety systems for buildings and structures in PDF format;
o scan of an extract from the register of members of self-regulatory organizations
o qualification requirements Appendix No. 5 in electronic format Excel and PDF (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) by uploading documents to the ETP;
o participant's questionnaire Appendix No. 3 in electronic format Excel and PDF (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) by uploading documents to the ETP;
