Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Equipment - prepayment of 50% from the date of signing the specification, the remainder of 50% within 60k/d from the date of delivery of the equipment to the Buyer's facility.
Services - prepayment of 50%, the balance of 50% within 14 days from the date of completion of work and signing of the act of commissioning of equipment.
The payment terms offered by the supplier directly affect the choice of the winner.
Delivery terms:The purchase is made in a single lot in accordance with the terms of reference.
- The Customer's specification is attached to the procedure, the quantity is indicated for 1 object, I pay attention - there are 2 objects.
- Shaded positions - are located on objects, no offers are needed for them.

It is necessary to attach a KP for the supply of technological equipment and a full range of services to the procedure:
- in EXCEL format (according to the Customer's form).
- with the seal and signature of an authorized employee of the Supplier's organization.
The equipment is delivered on the basis of the specification signed by the Parties.
The equipment must be included in the delivery and is carried out by the Supplier:
1. Delivery of technological equipment to the Customer's facility.
2. Unloading and arrangement of equipment in accordance with the plan.
3. Installation and commissioning of equipment, including consumables, commissioning in the presence of responsible persons on the part of the Customer, instruction on operation.
4. Removal of the film from the surfaces of the equipment, removal of packaging materials.

!!!ATTENTION!!!
It is permissible to supply equipment similar to the one stated in the specification - where the possibility of offering an analogue, equivalent in cost and overall dimensions, is noted.

The Buyer has the right to choose an authorized organization for installation and commissioning, with the preservation of guarantees from the Supplier.
The warranty for the equipment is not less than 12 calendar months, from the moment the equipment is put into operation.

Delivery time of equipment and performance of works (services):
Delivery of equipment:
- from 03.04. to 09.04.2023.
