Comments:
request for proposals will be held with 22.01.2019 G. Up to 28.01.2019 until 17:00 (Moscow time), without the possibility of prolongation after the end of the main time in accordance with the rules of bidding (appendix № 2), without initial bets, without displaying the best rates. The obligatory condition of participation in the request of proposals is the attachment on the electronic platform of the final proposal on the results of the request for proposals (signed by the responsible employee and seal of the Organization), indicating: Prices for each lot in rubles excluding VAT 18%.

When submitting the price, the participant must attach:
• The rules of electronic bidding signed by the responsible person (annex № 2);
• Acceptance of the terms of the technical specification and readiness to sign the standard form of the customer agreement in the form of an official letter on the company letterhead in PDF format with the signature and seal of the Organization;
• Participant's profile (Appendix № 3) in Excel and PDF formats with the signature and stamp of the Organization;
• The Counterparty Card (Appendix 4) in EXCEL format;
• Qualification selection (annex № 5)
• License to carry out preliminary and periodical medical examinations
• Scan copy of sanitary-epidemiological conclusion for medical examinations in the building where the honey is located. Establishment PDF format
• If the company is on a simplified system of taxation, it is necessary to send a confirmation document.

Correction of tender documents forms (adding/deleting lines, changing the wording) the participants are not allowed.

The Organizer reserves the right to carry out the regrind.

Please note! If missing documents are found, the submitted offer will not be accepted for consideration!

The documents are provided in the following form: Scanned documents in PDF format, file name, date (date must reflect the day of signing (registration, issuance) of the document). One file must contain one document!

The commercial offer must be valid for at least 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of the contest.

Then a qualifying selection of the participants who submitted commercial proposals in the request for proposals is carried out.
