Equipment at special prices for JSC Tander is moved by the Contractor to stores for subsequent installation from the Suppliers' warehouses in the cities of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Arkhangelsk.
The name of the Supplier, addresses of warehouses and the cost of equipment are communicated to the winners of the competition.
The hardware warranty period is equal to the manufacturer's warranty period.
During the warranty period of the Equipment operation, the Supplier is responsible to the Contractor for the proper operation of the Equipment and is obliged to eliminate at its own expense the defects and / or deficiencies identified during operation, including the replacement of defective products and assemblies. In this case, the warranty period for this unit of Equipment is extended for the time elapsed from the moment of detection of the defect and / or defect until the elimination of the corresponding defect and / or defect.
In the event of a warranty case, the Supplier undertakes to provide the Contractor with new equipment as a replacement for the period of repair, which is out of order. The Supplier undertakes to provide the Contractor with replacement equipment within one working day from the moment the Contractor contacts the Supplier's warehouse.
