Payment terms:upon receipt on the stock of PJSC "CHELYABINSK METALLURGICAL PLANT" within 60 days.
Delivery terms:the delivery term within 120 days from the date of conclusion of the specification. Party request for proposals when applying must agree with the conditions and the editorship of the draft Treaty. Revision and terms and conditions of the draft Treaty shall not be subject to further changes in the Party. The winner of the request for proposals, expressing agreement with the draft Treaty at the application stage, does not have the right to cancel the contract signing Protocol disagreements for the contract is not allowed. Shipping costs are included in the cost of production.
