Payment terms:

Payments for delivered goods are made in the period not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of delivery of the goods and receipt from the supplier of the complete set of documents (incl. invoice, invoice, upd, copies of certificates of quality and qualitative Manufacturer's certificates). Payments for delivered goods are carried out in cashless form, by transfer of funds to the account of the supplier. All calculations under this agreement are completed by the execution of the act of reconciliation of mutual settlements.
Delivery terms:
delivery of goods is carried out in batches on the basis of the buyer's application, which are integral parts of the agreement. The application shall specify the name, quantity, terms of delivery and the price of the goods. The application must be received by the supplier with confirmation of receipt by fax, e-mail or in person, the delivery time of the goods is not more than 3 (three) working days from the date of receipt by the supplier of the application from the buyer.
The supplier shall deliver the goods to the recipient on his own and at the expense of his own funds.
