Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Preferential 100% of the application price within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the original invoice, signing by the Parties of the Universal Transfer Document (UPD), unless otherwise provided by the application. The payment date is the date when funds are debited from the Customer's current account.
When comparing the price part of the KP, the present value of the commercial offer will be taken into account.
Delivery terms:Delivery and unloading by and at the expense of the supplier.

Comments:
Based on the results of the qualification selection, a pool of suppliers for each LOT will be approved based on compliance with the qualification requirements. During the year, actual applications for the manufacture and supply of printing products will be sent only to the approved pool of suppliers within each of the lots.

Frequency of delivery: if there is a need for a specific application and deadlines are requested from an approved pool of suppliers.

Term of the contract: from the date of conclusion of the contract 12 months.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
