Ranking of bids

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:100% post-payment within 21 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods. Alternative conditions for Bidders will also be considered. The analysis of Proposals will be carried out at the present value, cleared of VAT.
Delivery terms:Desired delivery terms:
- No more than 3 working days from the date of receipt of the bid. In exceptional cases (with an urgent order), the delivery frequency can be increased, delivery is carried out on the next business day from the date of receipt of the bid. The urgency of delivery is not a reason for a change in value.
- Delivery and unloading of goods is carried out by the Supplier and at the supplier's expense.
- Delivery is carried out at the bidding of the Buyer as the need arises.

Delivery address: according to the list of addresses specified in Appendix No.1_technical task.

Frequency of delivery: approximately 2 times a month for each object according to Appendix No. 3.

The bid is indivisible. According to the results of the tender for the supply of all (32 items), 1 (one) supplier will be approved.

Term of the contract: from the date of conclusion for 12 months. At the same time, the supplier pool will be approved. If the Supplier increases the cost of the goods after 6 months, a price analysis will be carried out among the approved pool of suppliers, based on the results of which the supplier with the best value for concluding the contract will be determined.

The supplier is selected at the lowest cost, compliance with qualification requirements and full compliance with the terms of Appendix No. 1_ Terms of Reference.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
