Payment terms:recommended payment terms: for the work actually performed, the Customer pays no later than 45 calendar days after signing the acts of work performed and providing the original invoice);

Delivery terms:The period of work: in the stop overhaul from 01.08.2022 to 30.11.2022. The number of shifts of rental of special equipment: 5 (five) working shifts per week for 6 (six) hours in work and 2 (two) hours waiting.

Mandatory conditions for participation in the tender:
• Delivery of special equipment with a crew to the place of work and return for transfer from the lease is carried out by the Lessor.


The contractor must provide:
• • copies of valid permits for the admission of special equipment to carry out this type of work (the car tower must comply with the FNPPS of the Russian Federation, have a mark in the passport of admission to work, must be inspected; the crane must comply with the FNPPS of the Russian Federation, must be registered and registered with Rostechnadzor, and must also be passed the examination;
• copies of documents for special vehicles (a copy of the registration certificate, a copy of the PTS, a compulsory vehicle insurance policy);
• a copy of the driver's certification certificate;
• confirm work experience in similar types of work;
• confirm the presence of positive references;
• balance sheet or profit and loss statement for the last 3 years;
• TAP, which consists of two parts:
a) commercial part;
b) the technical part.
The commercial part should include:
• Specify the cost of renting special equipment with a crew for one hour of operation (including 5 (five) working shifts per week for 6 (six) hours of work and 2 (two) hours of waiting;
• Provide official confirmation that the delivery of special equipment with a crew to the place of work and return for transfer from the lease is carried out by the Lessor.
The commercial offer must be certified with the signature of the head and the seal of the company or a scanned copy, fax. The bid (the cost of renting special equipment with a crew) must cover all the obligations of the bidder to fulfill the requirements contained in the tender documentation and technical specifications, including the cost of consumables, fuel costs, the cost of mobilization services, travel expenses, etc.
