- The decision on the selection of the supplier based on the results of the request for proposals is made by the Tender Committee of OOO "PPPO".
- The selected supplier for the conclusion of the contract submits to the LLC "PPPO" the constituent documents.
- The Tender Committee of LLC "PPPO" reserves the right to not recognize a winner as one of the participants.
- Under no circumstances can this offer be regarded as an offer. Accordingly, LLC "PPPO" does not bear any responsibility for refusing to enter into an agreement with persons who have applied for a deal.
LLC "PPPO" reserves the right to accept any of the proposals received, or not to accept any of them.
