Pricing: Taking into account the cost of production, VAT, transportation costs, payment of duties, taxes, fees and other obligatory payments - positionally.
Please, note! When delivering products by wagons, the carrier must have an agreement with WAIT; otherwise, the return of empty wagons will be made on the account of the Consignee, and its cost will be deducted from the cost of the agreement.

1) Specification in Excel format (required).
We kindly request that you fill out the file attached to the purchase, do not modify or copy it to another file, specifications of this kind will be excluded from the purchase and not taken into account when choosing a supplier.
If there is no indication of the Manufacturer, the quality of the products will be evaluated at the worst offer.
2) Application form in Word format.
3) An application (commercial offer) in .pdf format on company letterhead signed and stamped in the form attached to the purchase for each organization (Seligdar Gold, Sininda, Search) for each of the payment terms requested in the tender.
4) Certificate in free form on the total volumes of supplies by the Participant of similar products in 2017 and 2018
5) Copy of balance sheets certified by the Participant (form 1) together with profit and loss statements (form 2) for 2017 and 2018
6) A document certified by the Participant confirming the existence of a decision (approval) by the body established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on the conclusion of a major transaction, or (if the transaction is not a major transaction for the Participant according to the legislation) - a certificate in any form;
7) Copies of valid certificates of conformity (declaration of conformity) for the products supplied, certificates, and other documents confirming the quality of the product, its origin and indicating the conditions and terms of the guarantee; quality certificate ISO 9001;
8) Other documents that, in the opinion of the Participant, can more fully disclose information about him, as well as confirm the qualifications and experience of the organization and its employees (certificates of dealership and quality). MANDATORY!
