Please be informed that the company "Integra Services" when considering commercial offers will conduct pre-qualification of contractors, which asks you to provide the following information:
information about the presence of the dealer agreement or authorization, qualified personnel, our own production facilities and other assets with an appropriate level of technical equipment, allowing to produce procured materials and equipment, works and services of the required quality at the required time and to the extent necessary; technical
a passport for the products offered.
If you agree to participate in the ongoing activities, please provide up to 12:00 Moscow time
24.10.2019g. the following documents:
1. Application Form (Appendix № 1).
2. passport organization
3. Quoted specification (Appendix № 3).
4. Copy of the document confirming the authority of the person signing the offer.
5. A copy of the Certificate of state registration (BIN).
6. A copy of the Certificate of registration with the tax authorities (INN).
7. Information about the factual and legal address of the organization.
Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
