Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.
:		0,25% of total amount
Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment shall be made by the Buyer on condition that the Supplier receives a duly issued invoice in the name of the Buyer for payment. The Buyer makes payment in the amount of 100%, from the cost of services (works) within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods (performance of works, rendering of services) and the signing of the Act by the Parties acceptance and transfer (Act of performance of services, works) or other document confirming the delivery (performance of services, works).
Delivery terms:A contract for 12 months will be signed with the winner. The period of products/performance of work is not more than 5 days from the date of signing the Application for signage, 3 days for repairs of current structures.
The final dimensions are specified for each object based on the results of control measurements.

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice on the holding of a contest (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability
