Comments:
TK - requirements for employees, companies providing employees:
Each cafe should have 1 person working (36 cafes in total, Moscow, Moscow Region).
Schedule: 3 times a week (weekdays only) from 11:00 to 13:00 This personnel must perform the following tasks:
• To instill the skill of competent and friendly communication with guests (smile, greeting) to the distribution chefs;
• Teach distribution chefs active sales skills;
• To create an atmosphere of hospitality and good nature on the distribution line;
• Monitor employees for compliance with communication standards.
This is staff that should motivate and inspire others.
The organization and control of the exit to work of these employees remains with the company as a contractor:
Employee management (gathering of employees on the sites, distribution, tableting of employees by zones, monitoring of employees and the possibility of emergency replacement of employees).
Permits for employees (medical books, documents IRS and so on).
Reimburse the Customer for the amount of losses incurred for the loss, damage to property, products and lost money by the involved employees.
Full responsibility for the actions / inaction of the involved employees
Project price fixing.
To conclude the contract, the following documents shall be submitted:
1. Articles of association and memorandum of association (copies)
2. State registration certificate (copy)
3. Certificate of entry in the USRLE, issued by a tax office (INN and OGRN) (copy)
4. Extract from the USRLE issued by a tax office not earlier than 30 calendar days before its submission (copy)
5. Minutes of the general meeting of participants (shareholders) of the counterparty or the decision of the sole participant (shareholder) of the counterparty on the appointment of the director of the counterparty (with a signature sample.) Copy
6. Accounting statements form 1 and 2 for the last closed year Copy
7. Valid office rental agreement (with payment orders first and last under this agreement) Scan

These tenders are an internal procedure for the selection of a contractor, supplier, contractor and should not be considered as tenders in the sense of the requirements of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition". Thus, this bidding procedure does not impose on the organizer of bidding, the customer, the corresponding amount of civil legal obligations, including the mandatory conclusion of an agreement with the winner of the bidding or its other participant.
By submitting documents and information to the auction organizer, the applicant confirms his compliance with the qualification requirements established for the relevant auction, expresses his intention to participate in the auction, agrees with the terms and conditions of the auction.
