Payment terms:Payment by the Buyer of each batch of Products shall be carried out with a delay of not less than 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products to the warehouse of the Buyer (consignee) and provided that Invoice provided by the Supplier. The invoice for the delivered products is provided by the Supplier to the Buyer within 5 calendar days from the date of shipment of the products. If the contract is concluded with the SMSP, the payment term is established in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
