Comments:
The offer must contain:
1. The price of goods per unit, excluding VAT, taking into account the complete set, delivery to the place of unloading specified in clause 3 of this technical assignment, as well as including the costs of unloading and loading and all other expenses;
2. Payment terms;
3. Terms of manufacture and delivery;
4. A full description of the wagons and their configuration with the application of diagrams and photographs;
5. Warranty
6. Referent sheet (preferred);
7. Upon request of the Buyer, provision of confirmation of value.
RUSAL Achinsk JSC has the right to refuse to participate in the Selection in the following cases:
- a commercial offer is received after a specified period;
- terms of the offer do not meet the conditions of the Invitation
- a commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- the selection participant has negative experience working with UC RUSAL enterprises;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.
