Comments: To participate in the auction, it is necessary to obtain RUSAGRO accreditation at the B2B-Center ETP. The bidding will be held in the 1st stage. Commercial offers are accepted according to the template (see attachment). We work according to our contract form and annexes (attached). Also, the winner of the auction will need to provide a full set of statutory documents (enclosed). Prices must be given with VAT, on pallets covered with stretch film, and delivery by road to our warehouses. The minimum price for the Product must be specified in the bidding. One of all these adsorbents will be purchased, the best in terms of price-quality ratio.
From all the above adsorbents, one of the price-quality ratio will be selected, so it is necessary to immediately offer the lowest possible price.
Note: The price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. The criteria for evaluating the offer include: Compliance with TK/Specification/Quality; Delivery time/ Fulfillment; Guarantees/expiration date; Deferred payment; Business reputation/MBN experience; Readiness work under a standard contract (without a protocol of disagreements).
All vehicles delivering the Goods to the Buyer's warehouse must be equipped with trackers provided by the Buyer. It is mandatory to attach a certified route of vehicles to the ETP (with a bypass of ASF zones).
If several offers contain the same lowest price per Lot, the winner of electronic bidding is the bidder whose price offer was received earlier than other offers , all other things being equal. In the event that the applicant for technical reasons or some other (problems in power supply, power surges, lack of Internet, employees on a business trip) could not be put up on the electronic platform, its offers by e-mail will not be accepted. Everything is only on the electronic platform.
