Payment within 90 (ninety) calendar days after acceptance of the result of services (stage of services) by the General Customer and receipt of funds (other funds) to the Customer’s account from the General Customer under General Contract No. 9/83155-D of 04/30/2019, but on in any case not later than six months from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the services provided .;
- the basis for settlements - an act of delivery and acceptance of services rendered by the parties under the Agreement with the application of an invoice, annotation report and a set of documentation provided for by the Schedule and Terms of Reference.
