Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Settlements under this agreement are made by the Buyer by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account, within 35 (thirty five) business days after the Buyer accepts the delivered goods on the basis of the following documents:
- the consignment note form TORG-12 signed by the Parties (Universal Transmission Document - hereinafter referred to as UPD) the entire batch of goods.
- invoices drawn up in accordance with the requirements stipulated by the legislation on taxes and fees;
- invoice issued by the Supplier for payment.
