Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

- поз 42: корректировка потребности до 175 фл (75 фл в Тверь, 100 фл в Курск)
- поз 79: корректировка потребности до 470 фл ( 260 фл в Курск, 210 фл в Тверь).

Критерии выбора победителей: цена, характеристики товаров, проверка сб на благонадежность.
