JSC EVRAZ Vanadium Tula informs that when summing up competitive procedures for the right to conclude an agreement, the use of a standard contract form developed by the company is taken into account, among other things. The agreement of the standard form of the contract on the part of the Supplier must be in writing. If the Bidder of the competitive procedures has disagreements about the content of the standard form, changes should be made to the standard form in the editing mode and sent for consideration.

In the Commercial Proposal, specify the cost with VAT (excluding VAT), payment terms, and delivery terms.

Together with the Commercial Proposal, upload the company's card to the bid documentation.

The offer is valid for at least 20 business days.
