Comments:
1) Commercial proposal must be drawn up in the prescribed form (see procurement documentation) and attached to the procurement documentation (in Excel format + signed scan).

3) Products shall be new, unused and produced not earlier than 6 months from the date of issuing the Technical and Commercial Proposal;
4) Commercial proposal shall be accompanied with conformity certificates, passport, quality certificate
5) Before shipment, it is necessary to provide a photo card of the packaging of the goods, a photo of the labeling of the goods (requirements for labeling in the uploaded documentation)
6) Criteria for choosing the best offer: product quality, minimum delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
7) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
8) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
9) Before shipment, you must fill out a packing list (see the example of filling in the purchase documentation), stick the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send a copy to the Customer by e-mail.
10) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products shipped to the regions of the Far North and equivalent areas. Packaging. Marking, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96"Cargo Marking".
