2. This procedure of request for proposals is not a contest and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure of request for proposals does not impose on the customer the corresponding volume of civil obligations.
3. It is assumed that the contract between the purchase organizer and the winner will be concluded within 10 working days after the date of the determination.
