The procedure is one-stage.
The submitted proposal within the framework of the stage should consist of a technical and commercial part, certified by the signature of the head with an impression of the seal. The offer must strictly correspond to the data specified on the electronic platform. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TA and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TA will be rejected.
The offer must have a technical part, the commercial part must contain data on the full cost of services, its decryption, payment terms, etc.

Please note that, all other things being equal, preference may be given to a supplier using electronic document management systems.
In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participation in the Call for Bidding, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such an Agreement may be terminated.
