Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Prepayment - 50% payment of the remaining amount - for 30 days from the date of delivery.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: parties in the period from December 2019. to March 2020.

Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").

2. Product supplier shall be the manufacturer or manufacturer's official dealer or distributor, or supplier, providing Authorized letter or a contract of sale with the official manufacturer (supporting documents Party shall provide together with the application).

3. By their proposals electronically to participants of this procedure, you must fill out the "Form TAP" (see. "Application Form 5.1 TAP" in the "procurement documentation"), signed by the authorized person, duly stamped member and attached to the application as filed (Excel format and PDF format).

4. The priority is to offer a full range and number of products.

5. The validity period of quotation providers - not less than 60 days.

6. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

7. Offered products, including counterparts, must comply with the stated technical requirements and also meet the requirements Gazsert, Intergazsert.

8. Packaging must comply with GOST 15846-2002.

9. This request for proposals is not a notice of tender (public competition) or
public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 -. 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code, Art. 1057 -. 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code. Thus,
This procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil law on the Organizer
liabilities and reserves the right to withdraw them from all of the proposals received for any reason
or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
