We invite you to take part in the request for proposals for the provision of services: "Bus rental with a driver for the delivery of employees of the online hypermarket "Crossroads for the Future"

The ongoing request for proposals procedure is not a Tender (Competitive bidding process form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The request for proposals will be conducted in accordance with the Bid form-specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 3).
The venue of the procedure is the electronic Competitive bidding Process system b2b-center.ru
Participation in this offer collection procedure is free of charge.
The request for proposals procedure will be carried out until May 15, 2024, 15-00 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of the main time in accordance with the extension regulations (see clause 3).
A prerequisite for participation in the request for proposals is the attachment on the electronic platform of the final commercial offer following the completion of the procedure, indicating: currency of the competitive bidding process excluding VAT.
To participate in the procedure, the Bidder must fill out and attach the following documents by uploading them to the B2B E-Marketplaces:
• Appendix No. 1 – Commercial Proposal form in Excel and PDF electronic format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
• Appendix No. 2 – Contractual Counterparty card in electronic Excel format
• Appendix No. 4 – Compliance questionnaire in electronic format Excel and PDF (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
• Appendix No. 7 – Consent to participation in PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
• Appendix No. 9 – Letter of Guarantee in PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
• Supporting documents, in accordance with the requirements of Appendix No. 4_Anquet of compliance with requirements) items 7-9
The organizers of the offer collection procedure reserve the right to rebidding.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
